Our Highly Experienced PvP wing and strong Industrial wing are looking to fill some vacancies. We are oringinally an UK based corp but have players from all over europe, Australia & USA.
We currently have vacancies within both wings.
PvP Wing 
- PvP Experience essential
- Fleet experience not necessary
- Active player
- Can use TS
- Major Team player
Shoot anything that is not Blue. We work together as a corp a great deal and work as an alliance even more. You will be expected to take part in ITFB gangs and Veritas fleets.
Industrial Wing 
- Mining (normal and ice) skills a must
- Must be able to survive in 0.0.
- Prefer battleship miners who can fly barges.
- Can use TS
- Major Team Player
You will play a big part in building up our corp assets with a view to starting to build the capital ships, followed by expansion into Outposts, Moon mining and establishing a Tech II components production line.
Essential To All
- Must be self-sufficient
- English Speaking
- Smacktalkers need not apply
- No Piracy (there is enough PvP available without having to gank n00b's  )
The corp has a POS situated in an ideal location for making isk. In the same system we have many arkanor belts and very good tripple NPC BS spawns. However, we are not looking for free loaders. We work as a team, if you are seen not to be a team player we will have no remorse in kicking you from the corp.
We are mature players who can blend in and bond with the corp. We are also fairly laid back and like to have fun.
All recruits will be asked to mail Stuart Waterman or Pantheon Lea ingame for a chat. We may ask you to log onto our TS server aswell.

hello all.
Thanks fellow brothers and -V-members.
I would just like to add that I'm fulfilled with joy since i joined the ranks of the itchy brothers.
They picked me up as a noob with barely 4.5M skillpoints and i had quite some trouble getting around in the ruff Great Wildlands. Despite my total unawareness of what was lurking in these deep dephts of 0.o those evil ppl with fresh blood on their hands helped me a lot and still give me a scratch every day :D
Be aware to join a group of smackfree honorable killers and you also get to join a pvp alliance with at least one war going on for free.
ITFB is a democratic corp with 4 awesome directors and everybody has a right to voice his opinion.
Once again I like to add that -V- supplies us with sheer unlimited numbers of targets and OP's in any kind of way you could think of.
If you are rather unskilled be prepared to bring lots of t1frigs for training purposes and secure your assets in empire(means move them in our direction be4 applying ingame).
Contact us here, at -V-forum or at the -=ITFB=- forum and you will directly speak to one of our dedicated directors...
that would be Stu+Minnow(PVP) or Panth+Tim(INDY).
So have no fear(unless your a smacker) and contact us and we may not shoot!
Leave the neutral masses and be a brother.

Im unsure if you are talking of EVE recruitment in general or about ITFB recruitment policies in particular. If the latter is the case you must have us mistaken for another ITFB. If not - then you clearly shouldnt believe everything "you hear". Just a friendly piece of advice.

You are more than welcome to add relevant comments to our recruitment thread.
Noone has been accepted into ITFB, who did not meet the above mentioned requirements (and more), and on several occations have prospective members who were theoretically qualified been denied membership, a right ITFB reserves for itself. If you were implying this was not the case, then you are mistaken.

well..
maturity,trust and companionship are not defined by skillpoints.
exspecially if you check on skills in commanding
..you see alot of times that many good FCs have rather lower skills compared to the 'ueber' solo fighters
as stated in th older threads 4-5M skills are around the requirement that we think of what you need to survive in 0.0
PS: if your referring to myself
..im already 6 months in this corp and i have one or 2 more skillpoints now
despite that im in the indy wing
(with over 1k points on the killboard)
