Take for example, Aivoli. This system is 0.6 and has 2 stargates.
No stations and a few belts.
It's a pipe between two other systems.
Nobody ever hangs out there.
Why don't we ERASE Those useless systems. Those 0.5 or above, 2 stargates and no stations. It doesn't even have an ice belt.
The only good thing you can get from there is the roids and maybe the 0.6 frigate rat spawns. Wich are all pretty useless anyway and can be found elsewhere.
Just an idea tho

It sounds like a great system for a roadblock..
Toss up a warp bubble on the path from one gate to the other, grab some suicide alts, and a transport, and wait.. :)

Little high sec systems like these are where people rat and mine without being disturbed.
Try ratting and mining in high traffic systems buddy.

aivoli is a fairly safe system for ppl to mine out of, and as there's no station, the roids there are pretty huge most the time, just cause YOU dont mine there doesn't mean other ppl shouldn't be allowed.

If its on a travel route then how is it useless? It serves the purpose of creating distance between various locations.
