I'm sure there is longer like the one you mentioned but I'd love to have drone interfacing 5. 35 days to train.

Since it seems to be a Rank 12 skill; 10-20 weeks depending on attributes. 
As far as I know the longest atm is battleship 5 (rank 8).

Mining efficiency Level 5: 25 Days, Although this char of mine only has learning skills to level 2 (Sigh, Don't ask, lost me priorities)
