I'm sorry if it already posted.
That skill has bonus that gives extra 1500 ISK per lvl for NPC pirate head. correct me if I wrong.
I think this skill is useless when killing cruisers/battleships.
So here my idea:
+5% ISK per lvl for killing frigates
+7,5% ISK per lvl for killing cruisers
+10% ISK per lvl for killing battleships
or something like that. That would be nice.

I think the DED connections skill is going to be more aimed at making it easier for new players to make money off killing low level frigs than to make the hunters of larger pray just that much richer. I mean for a good BS kill you can make over 1 mil isk, before loot. Do we really need a 10% bonus per level to that?

I would reverse it so
+10% for killing frigs
+7.5% for killing cruisers/battlecruisers
+5% for killing battleships

Just fly missions for DED agents.
Oh, those do not give missions because it would lead to direct raising of your security rating, DED being a part of CONCORD.

I dont think this is the case, given that the skill alone requires Socal 5. This could also be another example of bad wording on CCP's part.
When i copy/pasted the skill, and jacked up the font size, the text actually read 1.500 and not 1,500.
It is my guess that this is suppose to mean 1.500 multiplyer to the bounty, but it is hard to tell if that is the case, as the two 0's wouldnt be needed, and it is also trailed by isk. But as i said, might just be bad wording on the skills part. (which i have found is not uncommon)

The skill's not in the game, so it a moot point. They'll fix it whenever they put it in.

This is the point where someone comes along and says other countries use periods instead of commas in their numbers.
