MUST HAVE: Decent Nickname Remap available Perfect Shield tank Perfect Armor tank Perfect Navigation skills Perfect Gunnery support skills Perfect Basic support skills (energy, cybernetics, etc.) Large Autocannon/Artillery spec lvl4 Minmatar/Galente BS/Cruiser/Frig lvl5 Good Drone skills Good Leadership skills WOULD BE GOOD TO HAVE: Amarr/Cald BS/Cruiser/Frig lvl5 Good T3 Ship skills Good Missile skills Gallente Carrier skills Amarr Dread Capital support skills Anything that is subcap pvp oriented goes. Will not pay for implants, jump clones, standings, research agents or anything that is oriented towards PvE, PI, Industry, or Market. Have no interest for Mothership or Titan oriented skills.

But i'll drop him an offer. 4)terrible nickname. 5)just... No.... Thx for a try, if by any chance 1) or 2) would go for that price you do have a chance to get a free plex :)

Not bad overall char but bit too low on sp for my taste.
