Hi
I have played eve on and off for a few years tried many different things and returning again and this time im going to give FW a go never tried it before.
I will be flying mostly solo and need some fitting help
these are the ships i like to fly but would like to hear about other ships

The Railrin is quite nice.. Its not as good as a Railcursus but you know, still quite good.
Assault ships have poor mileage, i wouldn't solo in them much until you are better. (You get fewer fights and more blobs)
I don't really like the stabbers.. but they are ok?
Manticore is quite hard to solo, wouldn't recommend it for a baddie. And finally i don't have any experience with fractial ships, only whole ones
I know you asked for fits but like.. i'm lazy?

I don't know but they really need to fix this problem. I kinda feel bad for the legit FW players because no matter how hard you try, you'll never catch up to the cloaky/stabbed farmers. I live in Caldari FW space and the local FW guys there say that they can spend their entire day trying to capture plexes and still not make any difference. Also catching the farmers are nigh impossible, most will cloak up even before you activate the gate, and all of them are stabbed up the balls so even if you do catch them they can hear the engagement timer sound (cause they are alt tabbed and probably wanking or something) and just warp away before you kill them. |

This is really really frustrating actually. Found a farmer in a plex the other day. He cloaks. I take a shot in the dark and burn to where I thought he was. I uncloaked him and pointed him. YES! I thought. Then he warps off. %$#&*@!. A cloak AND stabs? There is a special spot in hell for these people.
I'm probably typing on an iPad, which means the auto-correct is silly and fixing typos is a pain. I ain't fixing them. |

I have solved the cloaky FW farmer issue.
1.) Enter plex
2.) Orbit button
3.) Capture plex.....
cloaky farmer leaves unhappy.....
Did I leave anything out, or do you demand that CCP remove warp stabs and cloaks from the game?????
I'm just a modern day caveman in search of a bigger club. |

Yeah I'm not part of FW, just wanna shoot stuff.
However, yeah sure you can capture the plex, but once you start capturing it the cloaky farmer will simple move on to another system/site, yes you can follow him around and constantly deny him sites, but you'll quickly realize you're wasting your time as the cloaky farmers far outnumber the legit players and you'd have spent your whole day not getting any kills, as well as not really making any progress because of the other cloaky farmers everywhere.
A solution I can think of is to give alot more LP for actually killing players in the site, and only getting a small amount for capturing the site, this way cloaky farmers would get far less, but people who are actually battling over sites will get far more despite capping less plexes. |

You're assuming the one that enters the plex is actually A MEMBER of FW.
FW members are dingleberries, and non-FWers entering plexes are leet. Yeah, some of you need to rethink your logic.

There isn't anything wrong with running a stabbed plexing ship... It is the SMART thing to do if you want to actually D-plex your system effectively. I run a stabbed ship EVERY time I plex because 99% of the time someone enters the plex, they are neutral and offer ZERO reason for me to fight, even if my chance at winning are certain, I still lose sec status.
If WT's show up and want to out plex me, then I dock my stabber and grab something to fight with...

Having said that I DGAF about sec status so I'll pretty much engage anything in whatever I'm flying. Unless I'm thinking tactical! Then I'll fly around a bit before I die
