i'll look into prices of the BPO when the compo is over. i might just stick it in research and hope for a boost - i don't need the cash from selling it

God I wish I could afford a megathron to try this. *Imagines the Mega with 6 large Nos and 2 tech 2 rocket launchers.* It'd be worth it just to get screenshots of the setup.

u do realise people will be able to use Several Nos empty there foe's cap then switch off nos and start frapsing? so you wanna be aware of that possibility on your judgeing :D
and can we just use tech 1 gremlin rockets if we cant use tech 2 ?

You want a decent Caracal, you fit for its strengths, not its weaknesses. The caracal is a range boat.
5x heavies (malkuth for best fit)
1 sens booster
1 mwd
2 race specific hardeners/1 hardner 1 shield extender
1 cap recharger
2 bcus
Depends on your fitting skills. You'll be killing at 80k easily without getting touched. In fact the hardners and extenders are just insurance.
