Isnt it about time CCP took action on Tech II ships and some other tech II items, how the hell is a moderate player ever going to be able to pilot them, and use the modules that require in some cases a year of training (and a year of subscribing)
zealot 195 mil in jita, cerberus.... dont ask
the list goes on..
economy+capitalism yess whoohoo and all that, really cool,
but this is not real life and therefore some cases of the supply&demand rule do simply not apply to this GAME
make the game a bit more fun for everyone, and please intervene in these extreme prises.
thank you,

There si nothing wrong with the prices, as these are the prices people are willing to pay, if people stopped buying at such extreme prices then they would come down. Simple economics, now please can this be the last thread about HAC prices jeez

Learn.2.Play
If you can't afford it, get a ship that can kill rats until you can afford it.

If you don't like the prices...
DON'T BUY THEM.
Does that make any sense to you?
Do you seriously think you somehow need HACs to have fun?

rich player drive the prices up for the other 70% of the more poor players, im not say a HAC should sell for 50 mil, 100 mil would be fine (but pricey) 200 mil is just unethical. _____________________________

I could not agree more. Some people seem to be loosing touch with the fact that this is supposed to be entertainment. 200mill for a HAC is inflation gone mad, and even with more BPO in game i cant see the price comming back down anytime soon.
PS I wish I owned a HAC BPO - lol

It's entertainment, but remember that this game is about patience moreso than other games of its genre. You can either earn the ridiculous amount of money, or you can wait for prices to go down, or you can just shut up and quit.

Not really, either.
The value of most HAC BPOs (with the exception of Sacriledge and Cerberus) actually hasn't moved much in the past year. Thus, the people who paid 25-30 billion and more for their HAC BPOs originally are still getting their expected yield, generally.
HAC BPO owners actually earn considerably less than many other T2 BPOs. For example, the Hulk and Mackinaw.

CCP really should not do anything at all, as it stands today killing a HAC is one of the few ways to really hurt the enemy financially.
If you do not want to pay the prices or try to find one cheaper then you really should not fly it. -------------------------

if you can't see my point a tiny bit and want to be like that go ahead but all i am saying is that prices for some items are TOO extreme, i am not biased because i am willing to spend good isk on a nice ship. _____________________________

Totally agree with you mate, i've just given up the idea of ever owning or flying a Cerberus.
Even if i could afford to buy one i would not want to fly it coz the insurance pay out is just dumb. Even the new tech 2 ships.... Nighthawks and Falcons seem to be heading in the direction.
And it for these reasons why ppl buy them off ebay, make sense yet CCP? If ppl did'nt have to pay 250mill+ then there'd be no need for ppl to go to Ebay. You've got the power to change it CCP, but you just seem to be affriad of upsetting the 'americans'

Frack, not another thread on this...
If it was broken, they'd do something about it. The fact that they haven't should tell everyone one single solitary fact: the system is working as intended, or at least within acceptable paramters.

oh really, hmm i thought CCP mention something about BPC's of popular items i could be wrong, but whilest you 3 forumenthausiast are posting in my thread, the biggest part of the 100.000 + K players would infact agree with me, because 100 mil to fly a elite cruiser that is about 20x more expensive then a standard one and takes about 20x more training would be enough.

BZ
Uhh, no.
CCP isn't going to touch the player driven market because it is up to the players to change the market.
If no HACs sold for 200m, then the price wouldn't be 200m. However, people keep buying them, so the makers will keep selling them at 200m. No one is being forced to click that buy button, but as long as they continue to do so, the price won't change.
