Could i politely request a menu toggle for the behavior of the chat invite widow, or log who tryed to convo you, reason:
When you are typing in a chat and an invite pops up for another as you push enter, it flicks up and disappears, no record in log of who it was - extremely frustrating.
While hardly an epidemic, it is frustrating because that could have been the trade of a life time or your future wife and you'll never know.

As a diplo, I find this happens more frequently than I'd like.
If nothing else, pressing enter should cause the convo to open - I can always close it if I decide I don't want an extended conversation with the person sending the convo invite

Sucks having to ask in every channel you got "who convoed me ?" for the next 5 minutes. |

Exactly, we have exquisite space ships to fly around in and hundred man battles with no problems, but we still have chat issues in a game that revolves around communication and planning.
Please ccp, just add "player X attempted a convo @ :time:" to the log and this would solve it instantly.

so CCP, while you are at it, make ESC close dialogs and not open stupid settings window instead.

all we need is more settings and/or set default actions like the auto reject duel invites. or accept chat invites from anyone (even unknown)
