My corp is moving to a low sec base and i need an omen set up that could kepp me alive in 0.1 space. im havin problems with fitten. i can only ust t1 medium lazers :( and im finding it hard to get a good ship that can give a good punch and that could do lv 2 miss aswell, cost i not that much of an issue. i would be realy greatfull for any advice. but i new to these forms so i canrnt find anything on here. so could u post some hinst and setup for my omen. thanks :))

My corp is going to be doing mining. i just need a ship that can run me around and keep me safe. but im not havin any look.lol :(

HI
4 * best named focused medium pulse lasers
1 * medium nos
Med
1 * 10 mn afterburner II
1 * eucitic cap recharger
1 * fleeting or x5 web
Low
1 * MAR II
2 * rat specific hardners
1 * CPR
1 * HS II
With that setup i was able to take out 3 * 1,55 mill bs spawns in 0.0 and up to 8 mill TS spawns.

That is a good general purpose set up. Since you stated that you are new to this forum you may not know what the abriviated items are. So here is a translation for you
MAR = Medium Armor Repairer
CPR = Cap Power Relay
HS = Heat Sink
Also dont forget the drone bay. You have enough room for 3 light drones in there. Make sure you fit them. They are your best friends against intercepters and frigates because your guns will not track them very well.
If you find that you dont like the Nos in the high slot you could always fit a missile launcher for the extra damage. Its up to you really.
Just remember that when in low security to always keep your local channel open and trust no one. When you see someone enter local always assume they are there to kill you until proven different.

Not excatly an answer to your question, but you could try a Maller. Got more tank/survivability. You can use the suggested setup to, with slight modifications.
I scared the **** out of a tempest once in the Maller (did loose the maller tho  ), and allmost got a Megathron solo to (if only i had a scrambler fitted ).
