I'd like some advice on a fit for a Tengu to run sites in a C1, C2 and C3 with possible C4 with support.
I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks. Also I"d like to keep it under 800 million isk so I can start to save up.
My subsystem skills are 5/4/5/5/2 |

There is littel wrong with the above fit, and it will serve you well. I hope you have a probing alt with salvaging to get all the lovely bling? ;)
I like AB fits as they give great speed tank to Tengus so I would modify the above fit to:
[Tengu, Lage Booster with AB] Capacitor Flux Coil II Ballistic Control System II Ballistic Control System II Ballistic Control System II Ballistic Control System II
Invulnerability Field II Invulnerability Field II Photon Scattering Field II Caldari Navy Large Shield Booster Phased Weapon Navigation Array Generation Extron Y-S8 Hydrocarbon I Afterburners

At all 5's you are still not cap stable (0.3 difference = 14mins) but I'm sure between waves/sites you can stop your large booster for a moment or two. The main difference is that this version moves 400m/s faster although it has 1/4 less shield boost tank (600 vs 800 ish). You will take a lot less damage from larger ships while moving, and as always you'll want to kill the frigs. |

Cap stable 55% (plenty for C3 anoms) 700+dps omnitank 480dps with Scourge Fury
For C3 mags/radars, swap out 2 damage mods for a DCU and another PDS. Gets you 800+ tank and 63% cap stability to fend off the nasty neuting. Damge dealt is a bit aneamic, but the golden rule with Sleepers is tank then gank.
Cheap as chips :)
You don't need a prop mod on a w-space Tengu, it gimps your SHIELD TANK and nudges you into the pimping arena to compensate.
And for the love of God, do not fit a TP. Decently skilled Heavies will hit frigs fine without one.
Job done. |

This works like a charm. You could put a 10mn AB instead of the Cap rech and still be cap stable... but then you need to worry about neuting. LSE means the booster works less and can keep up, and yea.. you trolls can jump in anytime.. it works, its cheap . The less you have to worry about you ship and its cap the more you can concentrate on dscan.
