I reach 10%(excelent) standing on my Lvl 1 agent, but didnt got any good lvl 2 agents.
I've got 3 lvl2 (-14,-12,-12) quality :(
I did 93 missions and got 10% , after did anoter 30 but standing didnt change.
Is any chance to got another agents after 10% standing reached ?

As far as I have seen the quality of a new agent is not related to the quality of the agent who gives them to you. I did 55 missions for a med lvl 2 -6% agent and he gave me a lvl 3 awesome +17% agent. my lvl 1 awesome agent at +15% gave me an abysmal -14% lvl 2 agent. It just seems random to me.
My recomendation would be just work for the lvl 2 agents you have and they might give you a better quality lvl 2 or lvl 3 agent.

Leel00 what is your social skill and chrisma at? I did 20 missions for my lvl 1 agent with a -14% agent rating. After i raised my social skill to lvl 2 and chrisma up 2 points and completed 7 more missions, i got a great lvl 2 +14% agent. Hope this helps you

Thanks for all replays.
I have social 3 and star leraning Empathy yestreday.
Now I drop my lvl1(+10 standing) agent and start with lvl2 agent, no new agent yet :(

I've read that if you fail a mission or two and then raise your faction back up to the maximum level you have the best chance at a good agent.

Digging up this old thread to point out that your attributes are only factored into learning new skills and are not used for any other purpose. Just having a high charisma means nothing if you don't train up social skills with it. Just as having a high perception doesn't affect how often you hit your targets.
