I think ccp should step in here, looks like thats sold 2 times now via your aution rules & altered rules witch in its self shouldnt be allowed & your aown fault for having no reseve, they should make you buy a secound 1 so both winners get 1.
What region is it in btw ?.

CCP does not set those sort of rules. Its player made.
And the location is in empire on the main routes will be told to the winner.

Either abide by the rules of your own auction or sell it on market instead. No one will bid on your auctions in the future if you don't stay true to your word. Your choice of course
