Thank you for the good comments. Just a few notes.
June will be yet again, a better payout than May. I am guessing 12% give or take.
There are no More shares left to purchase through me, I get mails every day about this.
I have changed my mind and will not be putting up more POS's. My next goal is I need to have about 10bil in actual isk to start another project that should bring in double my current returns.

The vote has went through.
I have sold the Thorn Rocket BPO. The proceeds to this will be given out with my normal dividend payouts. With this small increase the payout will be aprox 12% this month long as everything stays on track as it has been doing.
** QUICK NOTE **
I get a lot of requests and eve mails concerning why I dont' post more about what I do, how I do it, and why I don't advertise my corp better. There are reasons for this, all of which benifit current share holders. If I felt getting my corp into the public eye was good for it, I would so so. Those that need to know me know me, and Proton Power is well enough known to do as is needed. I appriciate everyone's concerns that feel other ways about this, but this is the way I like to keep it.
I have bought back aprox 100 shares from share holders as well. I do not plan on selling these back out, but I will and do still offer my deal to buy the shares back. Right now I will pay 950k per share. That means you make 150k profit per share in aprox 2mths time.

Updated top thread, this month will be a 16% payout. This is one of the highest payouts I have seen yet again.
Reasons for this -
I am at a loss atm how to make extra isk to continue to grow, so why not pay out some extra isk.
ISS paid out somthing like 12-13 percent just recently, (I can't let ISS beat me)
Other Notes:
This will effect ending corp value some, but nothing major.
Do not expect this to be a normal thing, not saying it won't happen again, but the normal for this corp will be between 10-12% atm until I figure somthing else new. I was able to add to this with trade runs, but atm with patch changes I can no longer do this in the time I did before.
I have decided to stay away from 0.0 markets. They go up and down way to fast to determine if I would make or lose isk up there, not to mention the dangers of getting the goods there.

I have put some serious thought into this. The problem is I am already running 4 industrial characters, and the only way to expand I would need another 1 or 2 to make it worth it. I am not currently interested in more characters to run.
I am playing with the market some now, buying low selling high type stuff, but this will take me some time to adjust to and find my niche. I have dedicated 2bil isk to this project for now, and if it works the way my spread sheets and scrap papers say, I will dedicate 10bil to this.
Whats nice is even though I am struggling to find new ways to make more isk, I am still making enough isk to keep my IPO running stronger than most IPO's run at there strongest moments.

July Return will be 13% = 3.25bil isk Payout.
That will = 43% return in 4mths.

For the shares question, the answer is and will continue to be no. This would make my current share holders shares go down.
Info -
I will be taking down my POS's and getting out of the POS Market. This will hurt percentage's some but not enough for me to keep up the work on them. I should be able to make most of this up on another project I have going. Dividend Payout for July will be this week. Expected August payout - 11 percent based on current figures, going to try and get it up to 14 percent though.

I have a question though.
Why is it I have over 3bil in my wallet, but when i go to pay out a 3bil dividend it only lets me pay out 2bil and then I have to pay out another dividend of 1bil.

Worse case this IPO will do and I mean worse case is pay out 100% in dividends and then buy back the shares for 1mil each making it 200% profit for original investors.
That is Worse Case.

Even with taking down 5 Large POS's I have kept my Payouts close to the same still. August payout will be aprox 12%. It is a little down, but I am going for 16%+ in September.

For me to expand I would need the following -
4 New Characters with or close to being able to build componets. Cost = about 1bil - 1.5bil to even get close. So say 6bil.
I would need another 15bil in Reactions on stock at all times to keep things going.
I would need to also run another 4 componet assembly arrays which wouldnt be hard nor expensive.
So total cost would be about 20bil isk to expand, and there is no reason for me to do this atm. I am happy making a few bil isk a month atm.
I may try to get into some t2 production myself, but I currently have about 20bil isk tied up in T2 Market items I am selling in 0.0 space. Which is going very very well, but need to keep spending isk to make isk

I am looking for a new sig and somone to host it.
I will be paying 50mil Isk for the one I choose as best sig, and 5mil Isk for each sig I decide I dont like long as I feel there was effort put into them. Just post the sigs here please.

I am getting a late start on this month, but over all still looking good.
I am going to take about a 200mil isk loss on some POS stuff I am going to sell, Mobile Labs and such (24 of them) but nothing that cant be made up.
I have spent some extra isk on Advanced Reactions due to current prices (just cant pass some deals up). This will effect my t2 selling some this month, but give me the oppertunity to get more profit later on when I still have stock left and reactions are back up to normal prices.
Over expected return for this month is 16%. Will try and see if I can pull it up some, but not looking good at the moment.

1) Because its easier The % is rounded. The actual payouts are a little differant than the % but normally pretty close, I just round everything off.
2) If you seen how many market orders, escrows, and assets I have any given day you would see that it would take me more time to do balance sheets than its worth. If the market had a feature to show me how much isk I have in it (total value of all sell orders) then maybe I could do somthing a little easier, but atm, I am not going to figure out 200+ sell orders worth of goods value.
3) Not sure what you mean. I have contracts for t2 componets and I sell t2 goods in 0.0 markets. Not much to really report to be honest.
4) Already had EMFI do an audit. Its a few threads below this one atm I think. I just bumped it do to another person asking.
5) At this point and time I have paid out 98% to the initial investors. The only way I could scam people now is if I sold the shares I hold at inflated prices and then quit. Due to many people knowing my main character, I can't and wouldnt do this.
