Caldari bs are still damn useful in fleet combat though especially the scorp.

Gotta love the way the scorp has the most feeble damage output of the lot but its the only BS people will very rarely take on 1v1 ;)

Someone said something about a close range heavy missile launcher being released with Kali, but it could be speculation. Is there an official source responsible for this rumour?
I want heavy rocket launchers for cruisers \o/

Is a blaster eagle feasible? I always thought they wouldn't do well with blasters.
An eagle pilot with high tanking and good blaster skills can meet any hac in the game and win. They're still not very widespread either so you're going to get over confident Deimos and Zealot pilots coming at you guns blazing.
Of course every hac can kill another hac if you get the setup right but the blaster eagle works very well against a variety of opponents. If you know what you're doing its one of the most dangerous ships 1 v 1 in the game.
edit: Same goes for a Bloa to a lesser extent, works well against over confident Thorax' etc.
