Is the frequency of an LP offer determined by the Agent level? It seems like that to me.
I have no scientific data to back it up, it just seems this way. Started playing in September and have run three different Level 2 Agents to 15k+ LP's.
The level 2 agents seemed to give an offer every day if I kept refreshing it after declining them, sometimes two in one day (and I got a Military Connections book, though, yay!).
Now that I'm on level 3's, it seems to come every 1-2 days....I haven't tried a level 4 as of yet.
I am very aware that it could be just warped in the head, but that's the vibe I've been getting recently.
True/False?

officially there is meant to be no difference.
u r only guaranteed one offer every 5 days.
my experience is the same as yours tho, since RMR the frequency of offers does seem to have slowed down the higher level agent u use.

i dont know why, but level 3's seem to take longer to give offers, like 2 day for me, level 4's are about 12hrs to 1 day.
which is kind of annoying since i have been trying to cash out my lp for 1 of the level 3's for over a month, i just keep getting crap offers like slaves or useless hardwirings.

In my experience the more LPs you have with an agent, less often you will get an offer. I run missions for level 4 agents and it takes forever to get an offer for more then 100k LPs.

if u dont get a new offer for 9 days and have done a mission for the agent since u rejected your previous offer then u should petition it as 5 days is meant to be the maximum u should wait.

Ok, got my second skillbook offer, Political Connections this time, from a Level 3 Agent now. I'm convinced, now, that the offers come quicker for level 2's then 3's, though.
Level 4's scare me due to this because of my tendency to grind as quickly as possible, but what can you do I guess....
