I heard that a small northern alliance was deep into capitol ship production and have already produced a couple TITANS!! but it was a secret plan. So does this hold any water or is it hogwash? I'm not into production so i don't know if its possible but was just wondering if it was true. if so come forward and let us know!!!!!
