Recently established corporation is looking for valuable members. Recruitment process will be very restricted, and is only open for a short amount of time, until the suitable employees are found.
General Information
This is a main character corporation, though alt characters are welcome too, if you happen to have an alt character. There will be great use for them in terms of your agreement. We will not bribe you with "beautiful ships" to keep you in the corporation. We do not want to force you to participate in any operations you do not actually want to do. Real life always comes first, if you do not have enough time to play eve and will work long days that will keep you busy for the next month please inform the instructor or make sure you will send a notification mail for director. Do not just vanish in the air, it raises a disapproving atmosphere.
It is up to our employees what the corporation will be in the future. Your activity and how you are able to pick up different kind of events contributes your possibilities to prove your future position among the ranks. We want to organize workers the opportunity to influence decision making by voting inside the community. Corporation provides possibility to give guidance or directions to leaders to show the value of those individuals, who have proven their worth of having a higher status. Therefore we are looking for workers who will be future directors, background checkers, recruiters, traders, industrial pilots. During the growth of our corporation, the business plan will evolve to eventually become hessian mercenaries, who specializes in infiltrate and espionage operations.
What we pay attention to
Loyalty and patience. Romans did not built Rome in a single day.
You have to be motivated to work for the future of the company. You are capable of assist a shield brother if it is necessary. It creates a solid and a good initial basis for trust, contributes your reputation.
Able to be professional and calm.
We do not want to keep secrets inside the Community, but only share information as much as possible.
We do not need you to know everything. Learning comes in many forms and in time, as well for me to being as a Chief Executive Officer.
If you are about to hide your full api key or trying to avoid telling it, you will not be accepted as an employee.
Be honest with yourself and with others. Getting caught lying will terminate your contract with the company.
Respect yourself and every employee in the corporation.
We're not searching for arrogant goons with hatred and drama, same goes for politicians or hypocrites.
Future contributions
We will be operating in high-security space for temporarily. Until we have enough capital to set up a base in wormhole space where we can have secure and stable isk income for every employee in the corporation.
If you decide to leave our company
I would like to emphasize the importance of the employees. One of them is the fact that the part of company income and revenue, shall be shared with the employees. Period of service determines the employees part of the share. The goal is to provide an encouraging start to the employee's future plans. The company's old members have the opportunity to re-join if the company's current members continue to vouch him or her.
