Have been online since downtime and up to 15 minutes ago crashfree. Then suddenly started crashing with all my accounts. Relog will not really help nor a reboot. Pingplotter shows the following:
http://suprfile.com/get.php?id=fe38j7
The packet loss in the first 8 hops is normal, but the 4 last ones are new.
Does anyone else have this? Isn't Level3 the new datacenter EVE moved to btw?

Packetloss along the route - this causes the cleint to crash when it request data.
Route involved in the crash is:
Quote: 12 33 ms 28 ms 24 ms 213.244.165.245 13 25 ms 27 ms 25 ms 213.244.165.245 14 25 ms * 37 ms 4.68.113.74 15 * * * Request timed out. 16 * *
Which resolves to:
Quote: 12 41 ms 34 ms 24 ms so-4-3.core1.amsterdam1.level3.net [213.244.165.245] 13 25 ms 25 ms 25 ms so-4-3.core1.amsterdam1.level3.net [213.244.165.245] 14 25 ms 25 ms 38 ms ae-1-0.bbr1.london1.level3.net [212.187.128.58] 15 39 ms 39 ms 39 ms ae-1-0.bbr1.london1.level3.net [212.187.128.58] 16 40 ms 40 ms 67 ms ae-0-53.gar1.london1.level3.net [4.68.116.75] 17 39 ms 39 ms 40 ms 195.50.91.22
My route goes from Norway to 87.237.38.200, through Amsterdam and London. London seems to be the problem

I take it back - the route goes all over the place - Amsterdam seems to be the problem :((( Some of the hops even repeats itself ... weird ...
Quote: 10 49 ms 23 ms 35 ms so-5-0-0-bcr1.amd.cw.net [195.2.10.29] 11 28 ms 28 ms 28 ms so-1-0-0-zcr2.amt.cw.net [208.173.209.198] 12 28 ms 23 ms 24 ms so-4-3.core1.amsterdam1.level3.net [213.244.165.245] 13 25 ms 25 ms 25 ms so-4-3.core1.amsterdam1.level3.net [213.244.165.245] 14 * 25 ms 25 ms so-4-0-0.mp1.amsterdam1.level3.net [4.68.113.74] 15 *
You can do a "TRACERT 87.237.38.200" in a commandprompt, and you will get some similar output. Are there anyone else going through amsterdam experiencing the same?

Yes, EVE like eve-online forums work occasionally. I'm guessing it's some regional thing, as I've uderstood it's not the same for everyone.
From Finland EVE definitely does not work, connection breaks every now and then.

As long as you pass through the route in question - Amsterdam atm - you will be affected. It will affect all your communication towards CCPs IP-segment - game & forums. --------------------

The odd thing is, there's a pl-free route for about a minute, and then there's a period of heavy packet loss for another minute, followed by another pl-free minute etc.
check the graph in the lower right, note that the trace interval has been set to 2.5 seconds:
http://suprfile.com/get.php?id=fen52u
The route however stays the same for me, both when working and when not, except for maybe ae-0-55.gar1.London1.Level3.net which sometimes changes to ae-0-53.* or ae-0-51.* however this does not seem to have any impact.

It's like, dead for 30 seconds - working for 2 mins - then rinse & repeat. Time to grab a Gin Tonic gentlemen, and prepare for a looong night ... :D --------------------

Hey folks this problem is affecting more than just Europe it seems. If you head on over to the Known Problems channel you will see plenty of gripes there as well.
I'm in Atlanta Georgia and staying on is completely impossible. Been trying to get a stable connection for 3 days. It seems the real lag starts up (for Atlanta atleast) near London.
Atleast I'm not alone here.
If you find any work arounds let us know!

Hi there. Down here in south africa.
I get the precise same problem. I'm in game for a few minutes then suddenly ctd. I've tried it on numerous pc's/laptops/religious icon's. Nothing works to keep me in game.
Unfortunately i can't even get a ping plot cause of our isp. :(
CCP pls fix this problem. If i remember right you said that just after the new install that there was a problem with some of your service providers an you needed anybody getting ctd's to submit their ping plots. Well here you go then i say :)
