I can confirm this, tried to deal with him on one of the characters, he was on his way to Jita to get the plex to transfer and then backed out, after about 30 minutes of horrid communication, because he didn't want to pay the transfer fee. Also this thread will probably get locked too since he's, again, not posting with the characters for sale. Take a lot of caution if you're willing to buy from this guy.

New price is available with all the rules of the game. And if you are not satisfied with the price, no need to write nasty things in the post. It is bad form. I am always ready to discuss all proposals on prices, but it should be a discussion! And not one hand the decision of the buyer.
