I just spent some time fiddling around with Quickfit; how does this look for an all-rounder kind of fitting?
HIGH:
3x Medium Pulse Laser II
1x 'Limos' Rocket Launcher
MED:
1x Cold-Gas I Arcjet Thrusters
1x X5 Prototype Engine Enervator
1x Cap Recharger II
LOW:
1x Small Armor Repairer II
1x Power Diagnostic System II
1x Energized Thermic Membrane II
~
So... good, bad, or ugly?

What is this exactly for?
No warp scrambler so can't be PVP.
With the AB it looks like perhaps a DeadSpace mission running setup?

Yeah, pretty much. I make most of my ISK doing missions.

I'm not quite familier with Vengys, but the thermal hardner seems to indicate that the Vengy is weak to thermal and nothing else, because I do the same with my beloved ishkur, except its explosive not thermal.
For Vengy mission running and deadspacing thats quite a good setup, although it will *****your wallet if it dies.
I assume, however, that because you've set it up like that you can afford to loose it several times over and that you have like 7 or 8 set up exactly like it ready to fly straight out the hanger :)

in my opinion a retri would still be a better choice, but it looks like a solid mission-running setup anyway...
the only drawback with the retri is smaller ships, due to its one midslot (no web) and lack of missile mount, but if properly fitted you can instapop most NPC inties before they're anywhere near their web/scramble range
if you really wanna use the vengeance though, this seems solid enough
