When you say you were "being hit inside warp", what you mean is, you were about to blow up and you tried to warp out - but got killed just as/after you went to warp.
Seeing as nothing could target you while you're warping (since you're out of their range within a millisecond), that's the only reasonable explanation.
You make it sound like you were travelling from point A to point B in a pristine Ferox and it blew up. I can imagine that the GMs aren't going to buy that story.
Sorry you lost your Ferox, it's a nice ship. But don't get the notion that Customer Service is going to replace people's ships whenever they feel they were "unfairly" lost. That's not bad customer service, that's setting priorities.
It's not that you're 'roleplaying a jerk'... it's a matter of typecasting. |

no, i started warping at 1/2 shields, when i entered warp i had 1/2 structure left, and while in warp, with station in sight, screen went fubar and ended up back at the mission in my pod. even the gm told me to contact support cause this is a known bug.

Maybe the "bug" was that you warped out at all.
Sounds like you were on the way to destruction.
You have no chance to survive, make your time.

nope, talked to a gm about this he told me that it has happened to ppl before and to contact CS under reimbursement. Ive talked to a few more ppl that had this happen and they took care of it, shouldnt be any differant, when/if they respond

The warp bug is real, and it happens in some missions and complexes more often than in others. Might be a problem of the node they're on.

Why?
My sig is used by hundreds of players and has been there for some time.If it was not allowed I'm sure I would have been told by now.I have around 1250 kills to add to my bc a/c too.I'll get round to that one day...
I was banned from forums and even EVE itself recently interestingly enough.
Still waiting on petition response.Started to count the grey hairs now
Or very light blonde ones in my case

Well to end this thread on a cheery note I am happy to inform those who might be interested that my petition was finally answered and my bpos were returned.Yay.
Some improvement in the general response times would be appreciated by all players I'm sure but it is good to know that u do give stuff back when it is warranted
