Fair warning for the clueless, I am very dull and you should not be spending your time reading this post unless you actually care what I may have to say. Following is a tale of amatuerish adventurism gone wild and great effort to little effect.
About 18 months ago a small group of then FA and former FA members were shifted into taking a new outlook on life and decided to start living up to FA's reputation. They would now get as dirty as the eula allowed and start acting like the greedy scum everyone already thought them to be.
I took about as great a part in it as I have anything else in Eve, which is to say I talked a lot about it and did **** all of anything else, but for some reason ended up as the elected head of the mess. I can only assume this was because I could post freely without being fined, this being the only thing to make me different from the rest.
The other players spent considerable time and isk getting themselves placed without ever having a clear idea of what would come next. This phase was completed much more quickly and successfully than I had imagined and as a result I was absent for about 2 months following completion. I came back to find a stalled debate and a skimming operation the output of which rivaled FA's, then considerable. An alarming factor was the dates at which corps were discussed as possible target and their alliance then ending up hostile to FA. I posted my concerns and went away for another few months.
Let me interject here that to the best of my knowledge no members of my corp then nor any figure of leadership within the alliance took part or knew about this project. I would assume this post comes as first knowledge to most if I had confidence a human beings ability to keep his mouth shut.
Now the main problems seems to have come about from the base mentality of the players. The considered the position of the characters to be an asset greater than those assets they could place their hand on at any one point. There were a few noticeable exceptions of this of people who offered good examples on how to get a good hit in clean, or at least how to wash afterwards, but these were not given the attention needed. This project had became only a breeding ground for parasites.
Coming back about a year into this project, through the great efforts of a pair I owe eternal gratitude to, no matter their current company, direction was found. I was asked to gather the needed information and make the appropriate offers and did so.
This is when things started to become a cacaphony of excuses and stalls. Some were claiming no funding on hand at the same time we see their other faces placing billions in bids on the selling forum. A few were even concerned about anything that would negatively impact productivity of the corps the were skimming from. I had always taken into account that only the isk I had visual confirmation of was actually there, and to give credit to a few, they willingly coughed up what was for them the whole of their long efforts, but overall we had taken the greedy aspect of our ethos too much to heart.
So here I now stand wondering how to compell isk from the selfish to complete the desires of the selfless. Unable to even call off operations against former enemies now allies. Factions formed within, internal communication iffy at best. One last lever remaining.

Promised funds must be in my hand by the beginning of April 10. That should allow adequate time. This might provide enough time for some of you to think about a thorough wash, best of luck with clearing an auction by then. At the expiration of the above term anyone behind will be outed. I haven't made up my mind to do that on an individual basis or just post here. Probably will depend on how lazy I feel that day. When making payment please attach all names, you know how my record keeping is.
Everyone else, expect payment on April 11th, or not at all.

Sounds to me like there are allot of possibilities here.
A Massive Infiltration, and people got comfortable, and now they donĘt want to hold their end of the bargain.
Some sort of massive scam, or some such thing with regards to an alliance.
The only thing he can out is that: A) He has pictures of them with domestic animals or B) The operation, whatever the operation might have been
In any event sounds like a nice bit of blackmail here.
