I was planning on spending a long time casually grinding my lvl 3 agent and slowly atain enough llp for a BS bpc offer.
I was told today that lvl 3 agents dont offer bs bpc's, not even for the same amount of lp.
Can anyone confirm this? will i be able to get a bs from a lvl 3?

Yes you will, all agent offers, except faction offers, are drawn from the same pot reguardless of agent level. Now if you want to get a faction BS or other faction ship you have to be using an agent whos corp is part of that faction.
So even with a level 1 quality -20 agent you can, although it would take a few millenia, get enough LPs for a faction BS offer.

When I hit 200K LP's for my level three agent I was offered a Navy Megathron. Gallente faction BS.

all agents for a faction have the same offers, regardless of level. might take you a while to get there on lvl3s, but i know someone who got their fleet pest from a lvl3 agent

can someone tell me please if thukker ... are gallente friendly or which ship i might get as an offer from them .. !

AFAIK Joshua Foiritain's post re faction ships in the sticky / resources guide at the head of this forum is still pertinant. If so it looks as if Thukker are one of those factions that don't do ships.
