Ok I'm seeing a lot of missing skills,
critical booster skills:
Capital Industrial Ships only lvl 2
Warfare link specialist only lvl 4
mining director lvl 4
all of which you are not mapped for.
Another Rorqual strength is the compression
I would need to train the rest of the ore processing skills before I could start compressing ore.
I would also need to train wing command to properly boost.
Then Advanced Mass Production V is important to run all the lines at once.
No training into
cloning facility operation
or other neural enhancement skills.
So, all that being said I am looking for a rorqual booster and I have some time,
I will offer 7 billion, and have the isk in hand ready to transfer.

Man, lets calculate. ~1200kk = books. ~550 kk- imps. I don't calculate +5 mining amount imp. 6kkk- 1,75kkk= 4,250 kk.
~2kk sp per month. 1 year= 12 monthes. 4,2kkk= ~6-7 plexes, not 12.
So the price is very cheap.
