This neural boost has been modified by Sanshas scientists for use by their elite smugglers.
Primary Effect: +3 bonus to Willpower
Secondary Effect: 3% bonus to armor HP
Set Effect: 15% bonus to the strength of all Slave implant secondary effects
Starting bid: 100m isk
Reserve bid: 125m isk
Buyout: 180m isk
Bid increments of 5 million please
End time: 48 hours or reserve/buyout
Escrow will be in rens.

Clearly the seller had no idea of the value.
So now he's going to go back on his original buyout.
Buyout's are kinda binding agreements m8.
If you don't know the value, don't set a buyout. It's that simple. Just put a hidden reserve and let the public know when it's been reached.
