Well here we go again...
We updated our extensive, 19 web page deep, all text NEW PLAYER GUIDE that works 100% IN GAME. Over two years I personally have worked on this. Change logs and all.
We added this new piece to this already extensive help guide today.
Corporation Start Up - Best Practices (scroll to the bottom)
This details how to set up a corp safely as a new CEO and what you need to do it.
Hope this helps you new CEO's out get going safer and sooner:)

Oh by the way...long ago i gave ISD Staff and mods the rights to use this information...as they see fit...
Some of it you will find in CCP's guide word for word and was taken from this guide long ago...
It is to help the community enjoy eve...I felt it should be available to anyone who needs this info...
Best part is you never have to leave the game to view this information...and its pure text so it loads and operates extremely fast
Feel free to bookmark this ingame...or out
