A small consideration for my friends...we'll soon be back in an alliance, let's not get in an argument that will create premature troubles for it even before we actually join
I think this will be a welcome challenge, we must be prepared to do and say certain things and refrain from doing/saying some other things, because this is the way alliances work.
We may not have an impressive track record apart from good looking killboards and favorable kill/death ratios and we might never get one. However, i think that since we made this move, we are supposed to at least be willing to try. This is our chance to evolve past the "childhood diseases" that we might be carrying ever since we left Xetic.
Come to think of it, we were all so fed up trying to uphold the ideals of an alliance that fell from the inside, that we became the exact opposite of these ideals in some aspects. However, extremes are never a good thing and this is our chance to find our middle ground.
Long story short, if we want to get in an argument with someone, let's wait until we have our ships ready and our guns loaded. 
That being said, i might not agree 100% with everything Blacklight says, but i think he's among the few people in a powerful alliance that you can actually have a discussion with. What he said is that we get easily bored, he's just being a little ironic about it. For me, a different judgement and a sense of mild irony is not necessarily smack. Most of all, let's not argue with the man, let's just try and prove him wrong. Failure is always a possibility, but trying is always deserving of some credit.
All in all, i can't wait to see what this new venture will bring for us. I'm pretty excited to be in a group that has the potential to cover so many different aspects of the game. I'm sure the ex-TRUST corps will be an industrial powerhouse, while the ones coming from G are experienced with big fleets, invasions, POS wars and capital ships. Finally, corps like E-R and Fate who are usually forced to operate as a highly mobile force due to their smaller numbers, will most likely help to complete a decent all around coverage of possible operations.

yes mr blackdog. there are challenges for all of us in the new venture. but we all can try to overcome them.
problems might be: excessive forum presence of our members, "incidents" with neutrals, the old industrialist -- fighter -- problem, the language thing and of course the necessary boredom that comes with the task of taking over and holding a certain amount of space.like standing at pos for half day, waiting for the enemy to move, escorting convoys to and from empire, shooting stations and pos for hours.
lets all try to make a succes of it. the potential is there.

Whoah, i didn't know people were upset about losing my posts. Most of the times nobody replies to me, so i though that not many people bother to read them
Don't worry, i have a P^2 account with an industrial alt in training. As long as there's no E-R tag under the name i can continue posting
Thank God that is, or work would get really boring really soon
As for Maza Nostra, with the number of active people we have, it doesn't make sense to keep separate. Logistics, standings, etc all needed to be done x2 just because of a different tag. The corp will remain in hibernation, with one of our recently returned members in its ranks, regularly NPCing in hostile space. I'm not kidding about this, he came back after we left the north and he's too much of a casual player to bother moving.
E-R are going to regret this when their cargo holds start smelling like souvlaki and they find tzatziki smeared all over their windshields, but it's ok,we warned them and they wouldn't listen
