Almost any aspect of ships in EVE have skills that can boost them to another level, except one rather obvious aspect.
Cargo space, cargo space is one of the most important aspects to this game, and I was baffled when I found out that there isn't 1 single skill to boost my cargo space.
Thus I came up with the following skills,
- Effecient Stacking
5% Bonus per level to ship base cargo.
- Improved Effecient Stacking
5% Bonus per level to ship base cargo.
Add training time accordingly and voila, there you have it, two new skills that will be HIGH in demand by anything or anybody in EVE.

In the USAF, they are called Load Masters. It is a skilled profession. Ask the pilots who fly the planes, they have their favorites.

Starship Loading Operations
The Skill in manipulating the Loading computers on Starships for increased efficancy and decreased load times.
level 5 skill
primary> Int
Secondary> Perc
5% increase in cargo/level
now the devs dont even need to think something up, here it is in all it's glory, just code it, devs :)

im all for it, i wouldnt mind anouger 4,500 units to meh 9,000 unit carrying bestower  could prolly eventually class it as a titan

Yeah I say go for it too. Opens things up a bit. One very welcomed by Traders and Miners alike.
