Corp theft... "valid" tactic in game according to our dear dev team. Nothing we can do about it, no actions can be taken by the victim corp against the thief once the 24hours timer expires and they leave the corp. Fair, I think not, but live we have to with it. So here I am doing the only thing I can to help out honest EvE community is to list the known corp thiefs

For some reason unknown to me all the replys by Ender Wiggens and Lobsterman are completely removed from that post (sold account?) some of his claims were that he was a new owner of the account and thats why he stole, then when he found out that he is claiming (by accident) that he "aquired" the account illegaly, he fessed up to planning this attack from day one. This guy will act like your best friend, donate to the corp, lose ships for you, help you mine, haul, fight whatever.. just to earn enough trust to take you for everythig you got.
Please do not flame this post as it is the only way as of now we honest working people of EvE and prevent this type of horrible attacks. If you have valid corp thief names to post please do, DO NOT post a name of somebody you just dont like to get them in trouble with eve community, that will just make you worse than these thiefs.

A list will achieve nothing, there will always be new alts.
It would be much more useful to simply check on a pilot's history before recruiting, being a little more careful with 'new players', and enforcing some security standards such as not giving people access to things they dont absolutely need for good reasons.

Most of the characters mentioned above are active and doing what they do best to ruin lifes of others. Now we can not do anything about their and other alts, but surely it will lessen the chance of unwanted outcomes.. for those who care

This just won't work. The playerbase is 100,000 strong. That's a total possible 300,000 character names and more are added every day. Some of the existing ones are recycled. If 5% of the Eve population are scammers, this list will be 15,000 names long. It will need to be updated daily. If even 0.1% of the population are scammers, thats still 300 names to check.
And how do you *know* someone is a corp thief or scammer? Because I've added the name to the list? How do you know I'm not the one lying?

As far as keeping up yes it's hard... but I never said this is a solution to solve all problems, jsut a little something to help out. As far as proof? all the names provided by me have proof, screen shots, chat logs, forum logs etc... If the current employer is concerned with one of the names posted, contact the person who posted and ask for proof. They can't provide proof that they're lying themselves and need to be smacked with a trout

just because some of you have a personal hatred for him is not a reason to go about lying about such!
I was in that corp and am in a corp with him as leader now, and i must say i trust him 100%.
The capital BPO's he had financed HIMSELF, FOR corp use, but he was the owner of it. Why would he a multi billionaire, steal from himself? or the other small sums in the first place?
One of the Directors ran away with all that stuff, not Jim, he disbanded the corp because he didn't agree with what the directors where doing and in what direction they were going.
He has never robbed me, misused my trust, and i don't think he ever will. He's been in possession of almost everything i had, so its not like hes not had the chance.
You guys go on and harass us, bother us wherever we go, but one day we will strike back, hard.
I stand by what Jim says, i have no reason to not trust him.
I'm tired and might make a more lengthier, detailed post later.

After a few months of wanting to give up on this game, and a few more avoiding any verbal conflict with Jim Meillente, I have now decided (after reading the post from Adriaanes) to break my silence. In doing so I would hope to save others from making the costly error I made in this game.
First some facts:
Yes I was a member of ISS when Jim Meillente was the CEO
Yes I did purchase 10 Capital Ship BPOs and a Station egg over a several month period.
And Yes (and here is the first mistake) I did place the bpos in the corp. hanger, mistakenly thinking that that would be the safest place for them. These were purchased with my own personal isk with the intention of combining them with Jims ones and building ships for sale.
Before we get to the end of the explanation it is important to understand what actually happened within the corp. to make Jim think that he had an excuse to do this to his supposed friends.
Several members of the corp. (mainly the directors) had for some weeks been doing some pretty serious mining, and were putting the minerals towards the planned capital building program, all of which were being held by Jim.
It happened that on the afternoon in question Jim had left instructions for the rest of us to mine a certain belt and had logged off; while we were getting the mining op underway we received a request for help from another corp. within our alliance. We were being asked to provide support to complete an operation, and as we had done nothing but mining for some days it seemed like a good way to break the monotony, to cut a long story a lot shorter, Jim later returns back online to see all his corps directors involved in a fight elsewhere. A fight he did not approve of, and one he immediately commanded us to leave, as we were not in a position to just walk away from alliance members when our help was needed we attempted to discuss our options with Jim , so that we would be able to keep him happy and at the same time uphold an unwritten law that says donÆt walk out when your friends need you!!! The attempt to sort it out with Jim failed, he refused to see reason.
So Jim promptly spat the dummy and started acting in a way that I can only describe as a child having a tantrum, Having never seen this in Jim before made us all offer to pull back from the attack and have a discussion with Jim. This he refused again and promptly used the fact that his directors would not carry out his orders to the letter to close all corp. access to forums, websites, corp. hangers etc, he then proceeded to make me the new CEO and remove all the items and minerals that he had no right to remove. We tried every trick in the book to stop him and to keep our gear ,,but the mistake had been made and we lost it all
Jim has always denied that he took anything that didnÆt already belong to him, the only answer I have for that is that this is a real typical case where one finds that having done the deed and having already lied about it, now finds it impossible to tell anyone the truth.
All I can say to Jim is ôIn your heart you know what IÆve said above is trueö
I have lost approx 10-12 billion isk worth of items from his selfish actions
Adriaanes, I really donÆt mind if you donÆt believe what IÆm trying to tell you, but I would not be able to sleep well at night if I didnÆt at least try to explain to you that you are flying with filth. Jim is an extremely coercive person who works hard to be seen to be respectable and honest, I used to wonder why he tried so hard at it , now I know,

Really? i played a few hours almost everyday. normally a new member is not one who become automatically trusted nor an director?
I didn't use ventrilo, because i didn't have a headset, and no one ever cared to help me use it... (i was new to computing all together then). Yes, all you have is my trust in him, why? well...as already stated, he has been in possession of everything i own, he didn't take anything of that.
we kinda noticed the 'not friendly' terms bit... honestly, going on insulting members of our corp and him is going to far.

yes, it was based upon what jim have told me, and tell me why i should believe different when people go insulting our corp?...
what i meant with new, was new as a player, i wasn't financially strong enough to live where the alliance was, and as a result i was generally ignored by most of you. If that time was now, it wouldn't have been like that, but how should a new player know? When that time was the alliance wasn't a place i should have been, i wasn't prepared for it then, and it was assumed that everyone should know it all.
btw, i couldn't care less if you was a director, that doesn't make you better than anyone else.

Being a director doesn't make me better, it makes me knowledgeable with first hand information. Information that you only hear from Jim tainted with his lies about the BPO's and corp assets. Lies that make him sounds like a victim. Ask him, "Did you buy all the capital ship part BPO's you or the corp owns?". If he says anything but "no" he is lying. Ask him, "Did you take assets from the ISS corp hangars that did not belong to you?". If he says anything but "yes" he is lying.
Lets go over a few of Jim's claims while he was my CEO:
Jim was on old player connected to BOB, but my character was deleted after an update. After chatting with t20 he allowed me to quote him, "we will never delete characters".
Jim played Eve before yet he never did a lockdown on any BPO or even took shares of the corp.
Jim has 0 credibility.

about 0 credibility, tell me then why he didn't take everything i owned when he had the chance?
i'm afraid you need to do better than just saying he is lying, but jim has my trust.
