They are allowed to live in which ever region they choose, provided they pay me a mounthly sum, and refine at certain stations. In exchange for this, I agree to not shoot them, very much I can make up... err find convo's from every CEO in the allience to prove this is you wish. PS Zzazzt your two days late on your payment.
