Currently corp bookmarks is capped at 250 - can this please be adressed?? 250 Bookmarks for 12000 members - what could possibly go wrong??

Not much. The whole point of corp bookmarks is that they're not meant to cater to personal needs. So an increase in corp size shouldn't particularly affect how many bookmarks you need. It certainly could be use some expansion for various other reasons, but an increase in corp size isn't really one of them. In my opinion, corp BM are there for basic needs such as JB, POS etc. You want recon BM, go make them.

I do remember reading about them wanting to do microtransactions to let you have more ship fitting slots for saving, for example, and bookmarks were also mentioned. Hilmar went through a real greedy phase before he saw that his customers had other ideas.

If each corp is allocated a specific amount of space database management is easier than scaling portions. And it doesn't take as long to search the database by keeping it limited. When you consider how many corps exist in EVE, 250 per corp is a heck of a lot of book marks. Of course, that doesn't mean that the limit shouldn't change, just that there is one sensible reason related to performance to limit them.

The whole bookmarking system is broken. If there's any hope, they'll address that when we get potential access to new space!
