Yes they will be expensive. But im planning on bying the Amarr one as soon as it hits the market being an Amarr patriot and all.
My only question is what skills will it require?

it probably wont be very expensive as it is T1. BPOs for T1 ships are usually seeded pretty well i think.
But yea, faction bs lvl 3 is probably what it will need since its not T2 or anything special.

Someone somewhere said that they're supposedly going to be more Tier 2B than Tier 3 - in that they're going to be roughly as pimped as the Apoc, Raven, Mega and Temp, so will probably have similar build costs.
This could be utter bunk, but due to the confirmation that the new BS will not approach the faction BS, I thought it was worth throwing out there. |

just consider 200 to 300m until prices goes down and there is enough of those in the market, so prolly in 2/3 months the price will be like 150m for those (considering they are even better than current tier 2 ones)
Again this it's theory since Bs *****s would be ganking themselves to test the best setups.

No, not possible. Max slots = 24 in 8/8/8.
Oh and the other thing--I can't believe people are actually believing that those preliminary 8-turrets stats that are put out there are real. Why would CCP release BS that outclass everything we have now?

The base build cost should be in the 140-160 million range (mineral price and blueprint research level dependant) once it settles down, but expect upwards of 250 for the first few weeks. As to eight turret slots, probably not, but I wouldn't put it past them to do it. If the ship was designed to be unable to support the eight weapons AND a superior tank without either gimping the weapons or the tank with cpu/reactor mods, then I could see it being plausable.

9 highs 2 mids and 3 lows perhaps ? anti frig BS with reasonable tanking abilities. SOmething that has a lot of shields etc but can have 9 small guns up top. Something to combat AF groups ? could be interesting

You cant compare the T2 BPO market with the new tier 3 bships
What will happen on day 1 of kali is every npc bpo vendor will have loads for sale. Probably priced between 1.5 and 2.5 bill. Anyone can buy one, as long you have the capital, so the rich players will buy all 4.
Then they will start making them / researching them. BPCs will take a while to appear.
Prices inititally will be high but very soon will return to the normal 10% profit level. How long very soon is I dont know, a month at most i think.
In eve more than any other MMO game Ive played, new opportunities for builders are very limited by the amount of capital you have. The rich T2 BPO owners are also the rich T1 BPO owners. Perhaps the reverse engineering of T2 items will help this.

Tank a look here.
If i did the math right that ship should be able to fit 7 tachyons and a tank. Nobody can tell the ship boni as for now but my bet is that they match the tier 1 BCs.
