I want to extend my account and when i click "Extend" it takes me to a google search tool within eves browser. :(
I have a few accounts that need extending via "pay by cash" bank transfer. Anyone else experiencing this problem? Or how to get past it. BTW i dont have a credit card so thats not an option.

Yes indeed i seem to be having the same kind of problem here, also want to extend with PayByCash and it takes me to the eve search tool.

i have this problem as well, :(, only have untill 15th i hope the paypal issue will be sorted befor this date :( |

I can confirm there is an issue with PayPal and the PayByCash payment method because i had an enquiry with custom support and they stated that they would hope to get it back up within the next two - three weeks.
When i asked it was the 4/4/06 so hopefully it should be back soon, although i did lose ú13 thanks to PayPal... grr

Sorry to dissapoint you but paybycash is running but for some reason only on re-activating accounts. So you have to wait till the accnt runs out then pay by cash, wait 3 to 4 days and tada sorted. Fking eve cant tell its arse from its Elbow.....

Yeah this issue costs me money aswell...I just tested to extend and got the search page aswell. So there is probally a bug somewhere...
Send CCP an e-mail and they might be able to help you out. They helped me alot with this matter allready.

This is an excerpt the reply I got from support when I submitted this problem, so yea, PayPal issues.
