ok considering im after pulling off a crime for this 8mil an agents offering me, i decided to ask ehre, does anyone know where i can find 2,000 units of Viral Agent ??, the mission im doin my agent is ****ed off with her workers, so shes goin to poison them all at a party i think, so they have no choice but resign... anyways would be great if u could help me out

You have to be carefull about smuggling stuff like that , check that the region where your agent is, authorize viral agents, otherwise customs will confiscate and give you a fine when entering system , they can also blow up your ship i heard.
I'm not very familiar with this kind of activity but you can check here what kind of corp produce viral agents. Its very likely you wil find this kind of stuff in 0,0 space.
If you plan to go to 0,0 to bring it back in empire, check carefully if the system where you want to go or to cross in under the authority of an alliance, otherwise you will be dead very quickly.

1 other thing, i don't know how to get past guards ect, i bought myself a shuttle for the trek there so no pirates have anything on me, an all i lose is 9k lol... but omw back, it says this for caldari state

Yes you guessed right, its illegal , i'm not a smuggler myself and the little information I have on it is only by reading a few posts about it , but there is a few people who do this kind of business and have certainly much better informations.
Maybe if you send them a mail and ask them 1 or 2 questions, they may reply to you ; do a search about "smuggling" on http://www.eve-search.com/ , and I m sure you will find more informations.

im just guessing, but thus far ive assumed that for illegal cargos only the local security forces will shoot at you (not the uber sentry guns) so if you have instas and dont get scrambled by the local npc's you *SHOULD* be okay.
You also should be okay until you get scanned by those police forces buying you time to get to warp. Once again this is all theory....

Anyone looking for illegal stuff to be moved/sold in empire should go into the channel "Narcotics" and speak to "Es and Whizz", which is a smuggling corp.
