why not implement an idea that prevents campers to lock on travellers as they just come out fresh of warp ? technically speaking as soon as a ship exits a wormhole, it is under the influence of the electromagnetic field which prevents locking by blocking the sensors of the 3V1L campers. duration of about 5-10 seconds, just enough for the client to load the environment. sick of the bounce backs and then a pod. 
open to all suggestions ...

There is already a 10 second invulnerability timer when you come out of warp, no one can target you. Unfortunatly, you can often get lagged for more than 10 seconds.

actually if didnt seem to apply today as my corpmate came out of warp, his vessel got targeted some 3 seconds later and his moa was blown to bits just before his pod.

Then he was 7 seconds into his invuln period when he finished loading the environment.

The seconds start to count, even when you are in the lag.
