I think the Amarr tier 3 BS should have smartbomb bonuses:
-5% smartbomb firing rate
+10% smartbomb range per level |

Or for anti-laser you could just use a big mirror shaped like a satellite dish to reflect it back. And think, if someone hit you with rails/projectiles, they'd have 11 years of bad luck or whatever |

You forgot:
10% Reduction for Large Energy guns.
Amarr ships get this all the time, whether its needed or not. The most pointless bonus, since all its for is to stop lasers being used on other ships! Amarr have a huge disadvantage because they only have half the bonus' that other races have. But thats a discussion for another thread in another forum.

AFAIK Its the minmatar one that was gonna get it. I heard that one of the devs / gm's in BoB told them. I dont really trust bob but it sounds about right for a minmatar bs

It's because lasers have more DPS with no bonuses than other guns with 1 and sometimes 2 (railguns...). Amarr ships only ever get 1 damage bonus if they even get one.
The zealot is just stupid.

The Amarr need something other than turrets and EM/Thermal damage. A smartbomb BS would be perfect and very unique to the game while keeping true to the amarr tradition of not using ammo.
I don't want another Apoc with an extra low-slot as the tier-3 BS.

For the new ammar bs:
+10% shine and 5% more gold plate per level
But realyà
+10% NOS range and +10% Smart bomb range per level. Then only give it 5/8 turret slots
A blob/gank squad killing BS for any race would be cool, let sayàà
+5% base speed and +10% damage to any ship cruiser size or under
I guess that would be a tracking bonus then

That would actually be nice but extremely in-effective. You wouldn't be able to kill a bs, and what kind of small ship is gonna stay near a smartbomb-ship?
