I've recently been buying isk from a certain major isk seller on ebay, this seller has been shifting what looks to be well over 5 billion isk a day. Just look at his feedback for yestaday alone in the link below, look at what he sold and how much it adds up to.

I've been getting the names of characters he uses to deliver the isk with, and petitioning them to CCP, but it seems no matter how many times i do it, he continues to go on selling insane amount of isk every day, he goes unhindered.
You would think with him getting banned on all his accounts left right and centre it would have an impact, im starting to question a lot of things now...
And by the way, its up to me what i do with my money, so dont even start.

Yes, but they will ban your account because you arnt allowed to buy/sell isk for real money.

well, you CAN spend your money on anything you want, but by buying isk online, you are breaking the TOS for this game.
I'd expect an accouny ban if I was you. Set a long skill to train.
demand is greater then supply = high price.
supply is greater then demand = low price.

Why would you buy isk from and petition the same guy at teh same time ?, you make no sense.
