Wondering whether to skill for the Cerberus or Ishtar.. I want to start running exploration sites to add some more variety, rather than grinding level 4s.. Curious to what you all reckon is the better ship to use for ISK efficiency? [Videos] EVE Online Youtube Playlists: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=318601 |

So it's pretty much a personal choice of drones or missiles.
If all you are looking for is easy ISK, then you might want to consider getting a shiny Battleship and joining the folks that do Incursions. Probably the best ISK/hour in hi-sec.

if you're in hisec, it doesn't matter what you use. Everywhere else, the ishtar is better. But it requires much more SP than the cerb. "CCP is changing policy, and has asked that we discontinue the bonus credit program after November 7th. So until then, enjoy a super-bonus of 1B Blink Credit for each 60-day GTC you buy!"

Generally drone boats are better as an exploration ship, unless you using a T3 and refit. You wull need a probe, and a tractor is nice, going out of hs will require a cloak. The soe ships are pretty decent. The ishtar is great and you can even get by with a navy vexor till you get there. The gila is nice too, but its nice to be armor tanked so you can use your mids for utility.
