ive been reading up on the tank set ups for a ferox and a lot are saying fit 2-3 BCS i thoough these had penaltys to stacking so why are pepole fiting multipul ones?

Because they feel that despite the stacking penalties, its still worth it.

I do not know if you are a native speakers, but still, it's no excuse for such terrible grammar.

The stacking penalty with 2 or 3 mods isn't that bad really, they still have a quite noticeable effect.
The effect rapidly declines after the fourth module, however.

also, the ferox needs all the DPS it can get - it blows at that.

beacuse the stacking penalty is small for 2 or 3 and it is well worth the minor penalty for the extra dmg and rof the only thing is that bcu 2s cost alot since theyre still relivitely new and people with the bpos knew how they could get good money for them personally i try to stick 2 or 3 on my ferox because the extra 1-2 seconds lower rof and extra 30-50 raw dmg per heavy missile is nice and imo a must for tanking down those 11mil+ bounty bses
