Offer Description
You've done me and Civic Court a great favor by sticking with us for so long, retric. I don't really know how to repay you
for all you've done, but fortunately I might be able to do something for you that you will appreciate.
You see, I bought a factory slot in Nalu many years ago for my personal use, during my early Amarr Navy years. I even
made my first Executioner there, with help from one of my colleagues ... Anyway, to get to the point, I'm willing to offer you
my services in building a brand new Crusader for you. The Crusader is a top notch Amarr tech 2 frigate, suitable for even
the most experienced veteran pilots!

This does not seem to be worth it vs a +3 implant, but if I can pick up an Assault ship 
Anyway, I can't find any info on this type of offer so is this a new way to pick up tec II ship's do all such offers suck and so nobody cares?

I got my first Harpy through an L3 agent offer when i was more noobular than i am now. This might be a new offer for Amarr agents, but Caldari have had something similar for a while.

Agents have done it for a long time with assault frigs.
