Im sick of it. A new patch is applied and the downtime is increased to 2 hours. So far, so good. BUT, why is it always, that the downtime during a patch is exceeded to 3+ hours? This is a fact, the history of the patches proves. So why dont you just shut down the server for 12 hours? Then you will have enough time to apply the patch, and to check out if everything is working fine. For the inconvinience you might reward each player with 3mio isk, e.g.?

People set goals and standards in attempt to reach them. Sometimes this does not always occur, even with the greatest of efforts.
Perhaps, it would be best if you just assume it is going to take 12 hours and not attempt to logon during this period. This way you will never be disappointed.

ccp never reach there goals ;)

dont u think they sould make every patch day 4 hours down? enough time to patch and test also every hour they can short it will be a win for them

"I'm sick of it" meaning you're going to quit because you can't stand it anymore, or "I'm sick of it" meaning you're going to continue to play and give CCP your money, but complain endlessly even though you've already stated that these delays are the norm and you know what to expect?

It can take up to 24 hours for your picture to be rendered for the forums ... although it is usually less than 12.
