We are a experienced, small, growing, reshaped, tight grown industrial corporation, a mature and laid back group with very friendly atmosphere but solid structure and leadership. We have members from the European, North American and Asian time zones, providing active corp chat, TeamSpeak and activities almost 23/7.
We have gone through a total transformation to become a purely 0.0 operating corp, and we are building up the infrastructure enabling us to live a lucrative and near 100% self sufficient 0.0 life. To reach this goal, we are looking for enterprising individuals, who are not afraid of long-term planning and who are willing to commit themselves to teamwork to further the corporate goals, not without making a tidy profit on the side.
Individuals applying are required to possess a good understanding of the game, with at least 3-4 million skill points under their belts (depending on the position applied for). Discipline, maturity, teamwork, a polite and open attitude and respect for others and their viewpoints are expected from every member. We are really looking for team players, our corp do not need rogue type members looking for solo action.
We are searching:
- PvP combat pilots with different level of experience, for security & combat operations at 0.0 space. We can provide a very challenging PvP career, and we do have interesting positions available in combat leadership and training. Providing scouting and security for our mining & logistics operations, as well as general area security is one of the key activities for our combat pilots. Our production side can provide very good support for combat pilots, making our Security Dept. careers even more interesting.
- Miners with skills to operate least medium mining barge, in order to participate on our scheduled mining activities. Our home is located in the middle of a very rich ore sector, making our member's mining careers very motivating.
- Haulers and Traders seeking for lucrative 0.0 activities in the rapidly developing Providence & Catch regions, providing excellent opportunities with increasing number of trade hubs.

Due to large numbers of skill point related issues with applicants, I like to clarify few things here helping anyone interested for applying...
As we want our membership and 0.0 life we offer to be positive experience, I urge newer players to believe that we are thinking their own best with all requirements. If you played less than a year and thinking to apply, please keep reading... Our skill points requirement is 3-4 million at the moment, it varies depending career choice of applicant. Let me list few quite blunt examples, for different professions:
If you looking PvE rat hunt in our region, you really need to be able to use Battleship effectively. Local NPC rats are one of the hardest in game, and are too hard for someone who just rushed with skills to be able to fly Battleship. If you cannot "tank" rat spawns without problems, you cannot provide security for miners and you are useless for the purpose.
If you looking to haul and/or do trading in this area, you better be able to use well high-end Industrial Ships or even Transport Ships. This part of space is quite hostile region, and you will loose just lot of ships for piracy without proper skills.
If you looking to mine rare ore here with us, you must be able use least medium Mining Barge with modulated Strip Miners. Mining Barge and Ice Harvesting skills, are required from all applicants seeking to join us to become members of our mining dept.

Seriously, as a former member, I HIGHLY recommend these guys for the 0.0 experience. They'll teach you the in's and out's of living in 0.0, and you'll make a nice profit at it too. Mining, rat-hunting, POS life and ISS Outposts. Good group of friendly players with a solid plan for the future. What more could you want? Did I mention you'll get rich?

100% agree with all that's been said, I joined Evotech a month ago and It's definately been the best move in my Eve career. The opportunies and the freedom of 0.0 space is incredible, and from the first day I joined Evotech it felt like family, and by the first week it felt like I've known these guys for months.
If you're looking for direction and purpose, Evotech is for you.
If you're looking for some of the coolest guys to fly with in Eve, Evotech is for you.
If you're looking for profit... No better place then Evotech!
