Would you please post your API keys to the thread? eveboard hasn't been able to access your character in ~20 days; "Automatic API Update disabled, Reason: Character does not belong to account." Kinda fishy.

A very similar but more focused and generally superior character Admiral Chrom (https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=324420) just sold for 18 Billion.
In comparison, your character has:
- 8 million less skill points than Admiral Chrom
- ~2.5 million skill points arguably "wasted" on mining/production
- Slightly less flexibility in terms of gunnery skills
Furthermore, a review of characters similar to yours sold in the last week or so reveals that the general market trend is such that valuation is below the magical 1 billion ISK per 3 million skillpoint ratio.
I'm willing to bid 16 Billion ISK as a buyout. I'll be online starting in ~3 hours and will message you the offer in-game. |

Oh, I forgot to ask - please list the solar systems in which all of the characters clones are located and whether the character has any kill-rights against him. My offer was contingent upon a possibly false assumption that all clones were in high-sec and that there were no active kill-rights. |

Hmmm... given that I now know that you bought this character on 2/5/2014 for 16B (https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=4198994), I'd say my original appraisal of it was pretty good. 
As you've now put another month's worth of skill points on the character, I'm willing to play ball. I'll send the money/account name momentarily. |
