Conquerable stations are completely different from POS (starbases). a conquerable station is any station that is in 0.0. To find them, go to the map > display settings > Stars, then click on 'stations'. Outposts built by players become conquerable stations once there completed. EDIT - brain engaged after posting, there are some npc stations in 0.0, errr, curse, fountain, venal, great wildlands, stain, geminate all have them. EDIT x2 oh yeah syndicate as the guy below said, but i never think of that as 0.0, more like a free for all bit of empire the amount of stations there

A Smoske Memorial down in TRIBE space is named for a player (sadly deceased) who had a major impact on the game. It is TRIBE policy that the station will always be named as such, no matter which corp has management rights of the station.
