I have sent isk to Khan Noban in the amount of 14.3bn as agreed upon and he has not sent it back. All rules have been followed and if I do not receive the isk soon I will petition and get my isk back. If you think you are going to get away with scamming on the character forums, you are wrong. |

and i sent 16b to Khan Noban ..he says in eve mail that start xfer in 23 00 eve time...23 00 was and nothing happen..will wait some time and write petition |

BTW, sinickal. We where in a discussion about the price, and you assumed I would accept your offer of 14.3b when we had talked about a higher number. No where in the discussion had we agreed on any terms. Just clearing that up. So before you go threatening bans and nonsense please learn how to do business properly. Do not send isk to someone when 1. it was not the amount I was asking, and 2. we had not come to any agreement and you where assuming you could low ball me and hope I would just settle.
