and getting something like "Module cannot be activated because of clicking" ??? 
Yes, i understand command to approach wasn't processed yet, but how can i do ensure that my module will be activated in this case?
if i spam button module will deactivate automatically.
if i wait for my ship actually starts to do anything i can be too late (alpha-ed or something)
the same with MWD if i need it to run once after i decloaked

i bet reason why it has not been changed is that it is pretty good feature to prevent automated scripts doing it for you 100% every time. |

You sure that doesn't say cloaking, not clicking? You might be trying to activate your module before the gate cloak goes away.

when i dbl-click something ship starts to align so gate cloak should off. but it doesn't happen in time.
BTW: yesterday i had similar case. Was catching Iteron V with my enyo. Jumped gates, he appeared 20km away. i dbl-click, overheat MWD, press it.... and wait, wait, wait.... When Iteron finally got into warp my ship (frigate!!!) finally started to gather speed. It took about 5 seconds
It really looks like i do not PvP (because my targets don't much against me) but PvM (because all i need to beat is Eve Online mechanics)
