Have these been forgotten? I remember that command frigs were announced at some point and they would totally make sense for skirmish warfare specialists... in fact it would be rather stupid to drag a BC or Command BC along with a fast frig fleet just to get the benefits of the warfare links :P

Maybe a tier two interdictor can be the command "frigate"? Feels kind of wrong to only have one ship in a class instead of two, three or four.

Never even thought about having another class have a command ship...but yeah, having the Skirmish Warfare links on a fat-assed BC instead of a nice nimbly frigate is retarded if it's meant to be dragged around by an inty/frigate fleet.

Caldari don't have a gunboat? Well, the more you know.
Along with a tier two interdictor I would also like to see a tier two destroyer.

Already done with destroyers.
Lets have some more interesting bs classes for new ships theres so man frig/cruiser/bc types but very few BS.

no point in them cos you don't need to drag the CS with fleet in order the command bonuses to be applied.. or does it work differently for skirmish links?

If you plan on sitting in the same system all night like a gate camp or a POS Siege or something like it, then no the command ship can sit anywhere in the system. But the links don't work for people out of system.
The problem is if you want a fast and mobile pack with frigates. Then battlecruisers as command ships become kind of pointless. The speed bonuses from the Claymore skirmish links don't matter much when the frigs getting the effect still have to wait for a slow command ship to align for warp anyway.

I started this new Amarrian, and 600k SP in, I just can't decide what I want to fly. I have yet to find a ship that says "Fly Me!". So far the closest I have come is either a Phantasm or Ashimmu.
