also to add this char has clear security status, has never pirated, and has been doing kaalkiota missions near rens. Tho I have yet to pick any RD agents, leaving that up to the purchaser. With the proposed changes "Possible" in kali having an extra RD ***** might not be a bad idea, and this one wont take much work to get 5 level 3 RD agents.

i agree, very specilised !  with a total of 4mil SP 
BTW if this even sells for your start bid, you will have the record on isk/SP char price!

Im not in that much of a hurry to sell him. If you dont want him dont bid, thanks for the bump tho. Partial trades or possible ammo t2 bpo trade considered. Also 20$ gets another 100 mil isk, for trade and the fact that i paid 100 mil for just two skill books. so really 800 mil, plus doing stupid hauler missions for kaalkiota isnt much fun either. However, like i said dont want it, dont bid.
edit Im not encouraging ebay tho, just the fact that 20$ does retain value isk wise if you were to choose that dark road.

final price to generate intrest, lowering the min bid to 700 mil, and buyout to 900 mil. Also I will bring the charactor to whatever system you want, that is in at least .5 security with his t2 transport ship.
