Morning Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls
Following is a contract summary of our recent contract against The Forsaken Empire and The KAOS Empire.
Forsaken Empire
Ship Class - Kills/Losses
Assault Frigate - 3/0 Battlecruiser - 13/1 Battleship - 58/1 Capsule - 168/6 Covert Ops Frigate - 1/1 Cruiser - 41/2 Destroyer - 9/0 Elite Industrial - 4/0 Frigate - 67/2 Heavy Assault Cruisers - 3/2 Industrial - 43/0 Interceptor - 13/15 Mining Barge - 2/0 Noobie Ship - 17/0 Shuttle - 40/0
Freighter - 1/0
Total: 489 Kills / 32 Losses
KAOS Empire
Ship Class - Kills/Losses
Assault Frigate - 7/1 Battlecruiser - 17/0 Battleship - 31/0 Bomber - 2/0 Capsule - 115/0 Cruiser - 33/0 Destroyer - 3/1 Elite Industrial - 3/0 Frigate - 21/0 Heavy Assault Cruisers - 1/1 Industrial - 15/0 Interceptor - 2/3 Mining Barge - 1/0 Noobie Ship - 15/0 Shuttle - 32/0
Total: 298 Kills / 6 Losses
Other kills including recons, Command ships, interdictors and faction ships dont work on our killboard so i assume a couple of each kills/losses
Its been a good and fun contract. F-E Disbanding mid way through kinda removed all empire targets which meant most of the kills are in 0.0. Some goods fights were had and it was fun
Video will be up shortly. Thank you all for your attention

Nice stats.
But i can't help thinking it was a waste of the clients money and a waste of MC talent on this contract.
Majority of those kills are from people in empire who obviously didnt listen to the warnings we gave.
In no way did it really effect Kaos much so in my opinion it wasnt worth the money the client paid. Celes gank the empire runners all the time and for free.
But still MC did a good job.
P.S These are my own personal opinions and do not reflect those of the Alliance.

Oh, they listened. In fact, we saw very little of KAOS in Empire. FE kept us preoccupied for the first week or so and then we came looking for you. You might want to peruse our killboard to investigate the locations of our strikes against KAOS. -

I think you're in the wrong Kye, the purpose of mercs is not to face the main fleet of an alliance but to deal economical damage, which I'd say MC accomplished to some extend. Around 2-3 bils of uninsurable dmg for the price of 1 bil (I assume). The plan in the begining was to avoid contact with MC both in empire and 0.0 so the client would have made a dead investment, but seeing as that didnt went very well we decided to hunt the MC in 0.0. Their gank squads did the right thing ofc by skillfully avoiding our hunting pack.. in most cases. They werent here to flex their muscle and go head on head with our fleet, they were here to run raids.
Anyway, props to MC, nice stats... it still doesnt change the fact that the client doesnt have the balls to do it them self

Kunming, as one of the members of the Caldari championship team you have my respect as a pilot, so I'll be polite in my reply to this. It's rare these days that I get fired up on the forums anymore (I leave that to Eyeshadow) but the thing is that I was out there this weekend and saw first hand what was going on. Do not doubt that myself and my fellow MC brothers and sisters are getting tired of comments like the above.
Our "gank squads" into your space consisted primarily of battleship heavy patrols, spearheaded by TC and NSN pilots. Take a good look at the ship types on the kill mails in your space. Do you see dozens of frigs and HACs? Do the names Eelak and Generatorn sound familiar? We went anywhere on the map where we saw a blob or where local chat had a lot of numbers. Feel free to watch Eyeshadow's latest vid to see exactly what we were flying around in and the type of odds we were willing to engage this weekend.
I personally flew in a 17 man gang for the better part of ten hours this past Saturday in a patrol that went from the heart of FE territory to your home system and back again twice. At one point in your home system, local had fifty-four people in it, seventeen of them us. We watched battleships dock and undock, then go sit at a POS. We blew a couple up right in front of your front door and waited for a response. Outnumbered 2-1, none came, even when I started spamming local with 'Sugababes' lyrics.
Perhaps your side was half asleep or just not communicating well, but we didn't try to avoid anything and were a bit disappointed TBH. Maybe next time?

I have to disagree Kunming. We didnt really have any gank squads. Me and Exar came to Tenal on Sunday, ganked a couple and then left because there wasnt anyone around, but apart from that we brought fleets up to see you.
We only managed one fight, which was awesome fun, but in no way did you force us out of Tenal. We didnt engage your enormous bubble camp in 6oy because we were close range fitted and you outnumbered us 2-1 with numerous snipers. Didnt fancy it. I do remember you once sending out a small squad after us but as soon as i heard about it we went back and killed it
There wasnt much fighting between us, i can accept that, but dont make it sound like you chased us away or we ran away from you because we didnt. You just never came out to play and we bore quickly

I saw you guys in IMK a couple of time.. once you was ther with a sizable force, 4 -5 BS + support IIRC, HUN was camping W6 gate , and pary you warp there.. but you ganked one of our "sponsored" guy rating (ugh huh, you don't want to be that guy, he recived quite a shouting on ventrilo after that :) ) but you went out from the system after that with "jobb well done" I assume... we went after you for a couple of jumps, but we lagged behid and lost your trace.. :( - POST WITH YOUR MAIN!
This post is my personal opinion. It does not represent the standpoint of the HUN Corporation in any way. - |

Ok, respect to MC, u do ure job v good, and u are also a fun bunch of guys and girls. (Sel can u flame me ? :P, leave Eye out of this).
From this side of the fance.
I have heard of 3 separate gangs of MC HAC's about the first week of the contract around the main pipes from empire in 0.0, we gathered a nice gang in our home system, around 20 and wanted to come 2 you, we were to late, u were gone, prob bored. (kunming was there) Some other day: info of a gang of MC (Gen in a vindi and so on), we had some OP to attend to around D7- formed gang to go there and hoping of finding you on the way (intel of MC in IMK), again we were to late. U have left - this time i suspect it was because of the numbers of both Kaos and the others gang(s) of F-E. (kunming was there) Third time - the fight in our home system - we had some numbers - indeed in local were double then you, but from numerous reasons we had only less then half in gang - u had 8 BS short range, nice monsters, a crow, a falcon and i think a vaga - we had a little more peeps then you, we have lost. Good job to you, that is your bussines and u do it very well, so props for the fight in our home system. (kun was not there :D )
The times we have chased you MC was outnumbered and outguned - and you left, can u accept that ? like yesterday - when me and Kunming was in that gang and we wanted a goodby fight in empire but MC did not react to that - mainly because numbers.
So i am defending Kunming because she speeks from his side of the view. And yes Sel, i think you overreacted a little about it but i respect that because is ure oppinion, so it's ok. Anyway "hats off" to you because you din not caused a flame with you response to Kunming, you are a true diplomat.
I will like to say that MC rocks we recomand them to any1 who wants to hire them.
Cya guys.

well, for the last three days of the contract you made it pretty interesting. But before that we got totally ignored. and our hunting of ganksquads was mainly that. we hear about some group you have somewhere in FE space, go to engage and its not there by the time we get there.
for the last three days the BS heavy fleets were very nice. Sadly a good portion of our stronger PVP players were all of to BKG to lend assitance. and once you go to bkg, it aint easy getting home.
you guys killed much ppl, so props for it.

Agreed, to be honest we'd never seen more than 2-3 BS in masta at any one time (as per your do not engage orders) so 12 + support was a little surprising and a little too much for what we had.
Partook in some good fights, missed some good fights and had a good time overall. Thank you for your time during this contract (ex)F-E and KAOS.

FRICK Members: Watch out, there was a load of KAOS BS around Masta. We think they got bored and went back to 0.0 as we don't have enough people on to engage them.
*Ikvar sets off to Hageken, jumps into the next system, warps to the next gate and is greeted by a wall of flashing red (well, orange on my overview )

Luckily you guys didn't chase me through the gate, could have been nasty

I saw you guys in IMK a couple of time.. once you was ther with a sizable force, 4 -5 BS + support IIRC, HUN was camping W6 gate , and pary you warp there.. but you ganked one of our "sponsored" guy rating (ugh huh, you don't want to be that guy, he recived quite a shouting on ventrilo after that :) ) but you went out from the system after that with "jobb well done" I assume... we went after you for a couple of jumps, but we lagged behid and lost your trace.. :(
Well, this was what we experienced:
Our fleet consisted of mostly battleships, and it's true that it was only 4-5 battleships. The support part was done by two interceptors and an Ishtar iirc. (Oh, and 3 or 4 covert ops spread around Vale, but...)
We got information from one of our covert ops that we had spotted a mining op in one of the belts. We all set autopilot there, moving from LS-JEP, going at good speed upwards.
Gathering two systems out, we prepared and set our covert op in an optimal possition, and then launched the attack. Moving quickly two jumps, we immidiatly warped to covert op at 60km, realizing our support would arrive there before us!
Luckily we had set up target lists for everyone and the two battleships in that mining op were quickly scrambled before they managed to align, though our slower support and battleships were too slow to lock the two mining barges, and the Cyclone also made it out.
Having slain an Apoc and a Tempest, we quickly went to safe spot as we heard our station covert op tell tale of forces undocking to engage us. For some reason, one of our interceptors instead warped to planet IV (from station), and found a Dominix warping there after him. Responding, our support (plus one hot-headed Dominix pilot of our own) warped in to aid, where we saw another battleship, a Raven, attive at the same time as us.
The Dominix was already scrambled, and went down fast. The Raven, however, warped in at 15km instead of, as the Dominix, 100km, and thus made it out. Killing this Dominix, we seemed to have sparked the interest of the locals, and they were now pouring out of the station. We quickly retreated a few jumps and dodged their scouts by doubling back and going to a deep safe.
I think this was the same incident. Hope you enjoyed reading it. (The miners were F-E, the Dominix I think was not)
